- 4 potatoes, unpeeled

- 6 garlic cloves, halved
- 5ml/1 tsp caraway seeds
- 5ml/1 tsp sea salt
- 1 liters/5 cups water
Procedure
1 Pour the olive oil into a large pan and cook the onion for 3-4 minutes, until soft. Add the garlic and the cabbage and cook over a low heat for a further 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the cabbage from sticking to the base of the pan.
